Hello,
I'm trying to figure out why the "help" button and Extension Mobility feature do not work on my Cisco 7925g (both of these features work fine on our desk phone). When I select these features, I get a "Connection failed" error. I suspect that this is a name resolution issue, perhaps, but it only seems to be happening on this model phone. Also, all of my CUCM servers have been renamed to their IP address. Does anyone know what the problem might be?
