Hi -
Last week I had opened a TAC case in regards to phones randomly unregistering from our call manager system. The TAC engineer had ran a query / report from Real Time Monitoring Tool that showed the specific cases of all phones unregistering within certain dates. I need to run that report again but cannot figure out which items to select. Here is an example of what it looked like via notepad...
Line 13278: Feb 11 22:18:13, CUCMBE-7825-1, Error, Cisco CallManager, : 22075: Feb 12 04:18:13.932 UTC : %CCM_CALLMANAGER-CALLMANAGER-3-DeviceUnregistered: Device unregistered. Device name.:SEP649EF3B671C6 Device IP address.:172.16.0.225 Protocol.:SCCP Device type. [Optional]:484 Device description [Optional].:Nurse Sprvsr 7925 Reason Code [Optional].:13 Device MAC address [Optional].:649EF3B671C6
Line 13314: Feb 11 22:32:17, CUCMBE-7825-1, Error, Cisco CallManager, : 22076: Feb 12 04:32:17.603 UTC : %CCM_CALLMANAGER-CALLMANAGER-3-DeviceUnregistered: Device unregistered. Device name.:SEP001F6C7AD1D3 Device IP address.:172.16.0.103 Protocol.:SCCP Device type. [Optional]:365 Device description [Optional].:Lead Nurse 1015 Reason Code [Optional].:13 Device MAC address [Optional].:001F6C7AD1D3
Any ideas on how I can replicate that report?
Thanks!

Hi,
It difficult to tell just seeing a trace file (at least for me) but I would say it's a SDL or SDI of CallManager service trace file.
Regards
