Help - How can i stop my Cisco phone ringing through my Computer Speakers?

Hope you can help a techno-phobe!

My office Cisco telephone used to just ring through its own speakers. It now has started to ring through its own terminal and my Dell computer sound -bar.

Can anyone let me know how to disable this? I listen to the radio through my computer speakers and the ringing phone is very distracting. I just need the call to ring on the actual phone.

Can you clarify if you are using Cisco Jabber for Windows (or Mac) for your PC with Telephony

Services activated on Jabber, ie at the bottom left of the client "Use My Deskphone for Calls"?

Thank you for your message. Just realised I can click on the ‘speaker’ in the bottom right of my P.C and click on mixer and turn it down there. We use our Cisco phone through 3CX program.
