Help Needed for Configuring Cisco 5300 for Incoming ISDN Calls / Error "accept_incoming_csm_call: modem problem Requested circuit/channel not available(0x2C)"

I'm trying to configure Cisco 5300 for the termination of incoming ISDN calls by VoIP.

Some of the calls (10%-20%) get rejected with an error message like:

Nov 23 19:11:15.023: ISDN Se0:15 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8  callref = 0x006A
    Sending Complete
    Bearer Capability i = 0x9090A3
        Standard = CCITT
        Transfer Capability = 3.1kHz Audio
        Transfer Mode = Circuit
        Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s
    Channel ID i = 0xA98385
        Exclusive, Channel 5
    Calling Party Number i = 0x2181, '619652123123'
        Plan:ISDN, Type:National
Nov 23 19:11:15.031: ISDN Se0:15 **ERROR**: accept_incoming_csm_call: modem problem Requested circuit/channel not available(0x2C): b channel 4, call id 0x10
Nov 23 19:11:15.039: ISDN Se0:15 Q931: TX -> CALL_PROC pd = 8  callref = 0x806A
    Channel ID i = 0xA98385
        Exclusive, Channel 5
Nov 23 19:11:15.039: ISDN Se0:15 Q931: TX -> DISCONNECT pd = 8  callref = 0x806A
    Cause i = 0x80AC - Requested circuit/channel not available
Nov 23 19:11:15.071: ISDN Se0:15 Q931: RX <- RELEASE pd = 8  callref = 0x006A
Nov 23 19:11:15.075: ISDN Se0:15 Q931: TX -> RELEASE_COMP pd = 8  callref = 0x806A

I verified by the usage of "show isdn service" that the requested channel was available.

I really have now idea, what could be wrong and how this can get fixed.

You find details about the configuration below. I will be very thankful for any hint.

Thank you in advance

Most likely for the calls this msg is being spit out are the ones

that do not match an inbound pots dialpeer and are hitting the

default (0)

I'd suggest to run deb voip ccapi inout along with deb isdn q931

to verify first.

Its pretty strange, there seems to be no "debug voip ccapi" output for

the rejected calls at all. Below you find another debug log, followed by

the activated debug options. For the other - not rejected - calls I get

the "normal" debug output from ccapi.
