HELP! One way Audio NIM 4E/M 4351 ISR

So, I have a major issue getting an LMR to VOIP setup working.

I have an LMR radio connected to a NIM 4E/M module on a 4351 ISR. I can get traffic from the VOIP server out to the radio, but i cant not get it from the radio to the server.

After a lot of config changes and troubleshooting, it appears that the packets from the radio are being blocked by the NIM module. I believe its a threshold issue ( as in the minimal limit which the card must meet, to allow the packets to be passed, isnt being meet ), but i have set the threshold level as low as it will go. I have also tried disabling VAD, which cause no traffic to be seen by the NIM module.

When i do a debug VPM signal i get the following when traffic is passed from the radio to the VOIP server:

htsp_process event: [0/1/1, S_TRUNKED, E_HTSP_VOICE_ACTIVE]

0/1/1 lmr_suppress_pkt_voice enable

htsp_timer_stop2

htsp_process_event: [0/1/1, S_TRUNKED, E_HTSP_VOICE_SILENCE]

htsp_timer_stop2

0/1/1 lmr_suppress_pkt_voice disable

When traffic is passed from the VOIP server out i get this:

htsp_process_event: [0/1/1, S_TRUNKED, E_HTSP_V_PAK_RCVD]

htsp_timer_stop2

[0/1/1]nim_set_sig_state:ABCD=15, timestamp=0, sys_time=8521865

[0/1/1] set signal = 0xF timestamp =0

htsp_process_event:[0/1/1, S_TRUNKED, E_HTSP_V_PAK_STOP]

[0/1/1] nim_set_sig_state:ABCD=0, timestamp=0, sys_time=8522047

[0/1/1] set signal state = 0x0 timestamp = 0chk_trunk_allow_stop_timer

htsp_timer_stop2

0/1/1 lmr_supress_pkt_voice enable

htsp_timer_stop2

htsp_process_event: [0/1/1, S_TRUNKED, E_HTSP_VOICE_SILENCE]

htsp_timer_stop2

0/1/1 lmr_supress_pkt_voice disable

Any help with this would greatly appreciated. I have been working on this for weeks.

Thank you,

Do you have PIM enabled on the service-engine ?

Thanks for the response, Sorry it took me so long to reply. I had a work trip last week, so I wasn't around.
I'll verify, but i thought it was.
Thanks!

The PIM is enabled in the router.

Can you share your config please ? Add a "show inven" output as well.
