Hi All,
My Cisco IP phone 7970 tries to boot but shows "upgrading" for sometime but nothing comes up again and only show the main page cisco systems.
When the main page comes up none of the keys respond including the menu key. When I check on the call manager too, the status show "Not found"
I have read about upgrading the firmware from a number of sites but are not clear enough to me. Grateful if someone will help with practical steps to revive
the phone.
