The configuration i tried on 1 phone but didn't work

Dial-peer cor list external-1
Member external

Dial-peer corlist internal-1
Member internal

Ephone-dn 1
Number 100
Corlist incoming internal-1

Ephone-dn 50
Number 300
Corlist incoming external-1

Dial-peer voice 300 pota
Destination-pattern .T
Port 0/0/1
Corlist outgoing external-1

After that dn 1 still can call external numbers

It's hard to say without looking at more of your overall configuration (all of the dial-peers, really) in case Ephone-dn-1 is using some other egress. I suggest doing a debug voice dialpeer and examining the results. Note that this will show the entire selection process, but will also show the final dialpeer selection.

If you can run it into a buffer, debug voip ccapi inout will show you not only the dial-peer selection but also the COR information. You will want to run that during off-hours.

Post the output of one or both (in a text attachment, not pasted into the Reply window please!) in a message and we can take a look.
