Help with CUBE MoH

The problem is that internally (extensions) the MoH works, but for incoming SIP solution does not work.

configuration commands and applied are:

  • ip multicast-routing
  • ccm-manager music-on-hold

on telephony-service

  • moh "music-on-hold.au"
  • multicast moh 239.10.16.16 port 2000

Does your SIP provider support multicast MOH?

I do not know, this solution is configured remotely in Denver USA and the company name is INTEGRA. Is there any way to see that?
