HLOG will work on shared line

Hi,

Any one plz help me on HLOG ,

Is hlog will work on shared line ? , i know it will work on huntlines

I have tried on shared lines it is not working ( i junt added hlog softkey ), is their any thing need to be done ?

Kindly help me on this

Hi

As the name suggests, HLog (Hunt Logout) logs you out of a hunt group - if you aren't in a hunt group it won't do much.

For a shared line setup I think you can use DND (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/8_0_1/ccmfeat/fsdnd.html) or the old-fashioned method of turning the ringer down :-)
