How can a wav file convert to g729 without using regular conversion tools?

Afsar,

If you want to take audio file format and convert it to another, then you will need a conversion tool of some type. I guess I don't know what you consider "regular". There is an online conversion tool here:

I tried to convert some wav files to g729 with conversion tools but it didnt play on cisco3700.can u suggest some tools that might work..
