How can ‘force’ my background image instead of the default image in CME?

Dear,

My office using CME router with 7970 phones.

The problem is that user keeps changing manually back to the original image and I want to force it.

How can  ‘force’ my background image instead of the default image in CME ?

Hi

You can't 'force' the image unfortunately, but you can prevent access to the settings menu completely, by setting

telephonyService

service phone settingsAccess 1

In your CME config. This sets a value in the TFTP files that blocks access to the settings menu. I think it also blocks access to volume etc so you might get some complaints..
