here is my situation.
Let say I own 777-777-1111. if someone called 777-777-1111, it'll route to my cucm and I need it to reroute to an external number that I don't own, let say it's 666-666-1111. And if that fails, it'll go to an external number 666-777-1111. Is if someone calls my number, how do i redirect to another number and have a backup number for that?
Right now i have a hunt pilot 1111 that points to dn 2222 and 3333. 2222 forwards to 666-666-1111 and 3333 forward to 666-777-1111. the problem with hunt pilot is that calls are not forward. it'll reach the hunt pilot 1111 and dial directly to 2222 and 3333. 2222 and 3333 doesn't forward the call. If i call 2222 and 3333 directly then call forwarding takes place.
using CUCM 8.5, Unity 8.5

That's expected to happen, any call forward behavior is ignored if the call arrives via a hunt pilot. That's WAD.
You would need to configure SNR for that scenario to happen.

If I were to go the SNR route, how would I do it without using the a physical phone? I couldn't do through CTI route point or CTI port.
