How costly are ip phone calls? - Moving Telephone System Offsite

Hello,

In the coming months we will be aquiring an offsite facility for our Data Center.  One of the ideas floating around is moving most if not all of our Telephone System to this site, (2x Call Manger Boxes, 1x IPCC Express, 1x Unity Connection, 1x Call Recording Server)

My current load is:

300 users with voicemail boxes

20 Call Center Agents that take (~1,200 calls a day) *All calls are recorded...this server will also reside offsite.

My question is how can I find out how much data this consumes on average?  We are going to have a pipe back to the office (talks of a microwave site to site solution).  Anyone have any ideas of how I can calculate how much data is being used?

You need to know how much bandwith to the remote officces?
