I have looked everywhere in the documentation to see how to download a Cisco IM and PResence BAT job log. I can't find the log file in activelog/tftp/or the BAT download URL. How do I retrieve these files?

Hi
Don't have a CUPS server to hand, but on CUCM it's in:
/cm/trace/bps/
It'll be somewhere similar I bet, perhaps a different top level folder to cm e.g. cup

Best way to find it would be to do something like this:
file search activelog / 1440586595 recurs reltime days 7
Where 1440586595 is the BAT Job ID that you ran in the last seven days.
