Is it possible to access the CMR information for the voice/video sessions via jabber on CUCM11? What methods are there to collect call quality statistics?
Thanks,
Arda

You can see call statistics from Jabber client. This is irrelevant to cucm version.
In Mac, go to help > show call statistics
In J4W, go to settings > view > show call statistics.
You can do it in andriod and iphone as well.
You will get packet loss, latency, jitter, codec, fps, channel rate, etc

Mohammad,
I guess the OP is asking about the new feature in Jabber 11.8
When a call ends, Cisco Jabber sends performance and quality information to Cisco Unified Communications Manager. Cisco Unified Communications Manager uses these metrics to populate the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Call Management Record (CMR). The following information are logged in the CMR database:
- Average Round Trip Time (RTT) for video streams
- Concealed Seconds for audio streams
- Severely Concealed Seconds for audio streams
I am guessing this will be in the CMR/CDR database, but I just looked at my cluster now but I am yet to see this data

Understood. In this case an application can be written and added to Jabber custom tabs to query CUCM APIs and read CMR/CDR related to the source phone.
