Actually i have configured 20 trunk lines on my Call manager, but now i need to add 10 new trunk lines to have 30 trunk lines, my carrier was confirmed that the new 10 lines is ready for use, but i need to configure the call manager to use these new lines. Somebody know what i need to do?

No it does not, but it require that there are no active calls. Thank you for the nice rating and mucha suerte!

Do you have "call manager" that is a server with software loaded on it, and a separated 3725 router, or do you have "call manager express" that works the router only ?
In any case, begin with doing telnet to the router, and "show run". Copy and past the ouput here. If there are public IP addresses, you can mask them.

Please see attached file.

Try this:
voice-port 0/0:0
shutdown
controller e1 0/0
shutdown
no ds0-group 0 timeslots 1-15,17-21 type r2-digital r2-compelled ani
ds0-group 0 timeslots 1-15,17-31 type r2-digital r2-compelled ani
no shutdown
voice-port 0/0:0
no shutdown
Note this assume you have enough DSP resources on the NM-HD-xx module, do "show diag" to know.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Excellent!
Only one question. This change require that CME must be rebooted?
