How to backup cucm with "Bitvise SSH Server"

Hi,

We are trying to backup cucm/cuc/uccx with Bitvise SSH Server however the backup is failing.
Does someone know how to properly backup the cucm server.

Did the backup ever work with any other product like freeftpd, Coreftp etc?
