Hi everybody,
Im working on CUCM 9.1 and I have users complaining about undesirable caller calling them consistently, they want to block his number for good.
Can you, guys show me how to block/filter this caller ??
Thanks in advance,

You can block those numbers on the basis of calling party number. belos is the document with detailed steps to configure the same.

Natively translation patterns are used for called party number only but from CUCM 9, you can invoke translation patterns and then use the parameter 'Route Next Hop By Calling Party Number' to block the call on the basis of calling number. I don't see any other way natively in CUCM to block the call from specific caller.
