How to block specific incoming calls while using MGCP

We are trying to block incoming calls from certain calling numbers while using a MGCP gateway.  How can we block these calls on CUCM 8.x?  They are becoming a real nuisance for numerous users.

As of now this feature has not been provided to the CUCM. Check the following feature request

You can track the above feature request to see when it actually gets fixed. You can move over to H.323 to achieve your end result.

We really did not want to move over to H.323.

Has anyone setup and used "External Call Control" in CUCM 8.02?  This looks like it should block incoming calls based on the calling party and called party information and then applies appropriate rules.
