How to Call +43 (0) 1820 xxxx-xxx and be translated to 00431820xxxxxxx ?

Hi.We have Call Manager 10 with Presence and Expressway . And we have integrated Jabber with outlook and we want to be able to call directly from Oulook contact which would be possible and the call starts but the problem is that the number appears like this +43 (0) 1820 xxxx-xxx and of course the call will not be possible in our actual configuration . What should I use so that the number be translated to something like this 00431820xxxxxxx . Should I use Translations patterns or Application dial rules or ? Thanks

Use a translation pattern to match \+430 and translate accordingly. 

Just tested a similar situation.
