how to call-forward a system handler number

Hi,

Would like to know is there way to able press call-forward to a system handler programmed number ?

I tried on call forward that but it goes to the generic unity voice annoucement. How to do that ?

re you forwarding to a unity pilot number ?

anyway if you have a callhamdelr in unity already configured with a number kets say 1000

creat CTI route point with a port number of 1000 and in this line make sure you cionfigure the right CSS, voice mail profile and CSS of forward all

Make sure you check the check box under the forward all to VM

now if you forward/ring the 1000 you will go to the unity server and to the call handler configured with the same number
