How to change filter settings on call manager, end user

Hi all
In my company we are managing a huge cluster, with thousand of users. Do you know if there are some way to change the default filter on "user management --> End user" by default is set on "First name" and begins with. I would like to change it by "user id. We will spend less time in search users.

No, there is no way to change that.
