Hello Dears ,
we have Cisco router 3900 series and i need to configure this router as Call Manager Express to control SIP IP Phones.
this router has E1 circuit to provide PSTN connection.
is there any limitations of using SIP protocol for PSTN connectivity and IP Phones registration ?
knowing that i will configure CME features like (call pickup, transfer, forward, hunt pilot, intercom, paging, B-ACD, & FAC)
thanks

No, there is no problem with having the same ISR as CME and GW with TDM/SIP

thanks a lot Jaime ,
would you please share with me any document for TDM/SIP VGW configuration with CME?
Best Regards.

The configuration doesn't change because this has CME, you use the regular CME admin guide, and the SIP trunk/TDM will depend on what your telco provides, there are plenty of examples on CSC and cisco.com, have you reviewed any documentation???
