Can a cisco 3640 with and FXS card or a VG204 be configured to connect to a VOIP service
in the same way as with an SPA112 ?

Do you mean the distinction between being a trunk or just a phone?
In my case it is not a trunk but only a service to a cisco sipura box that has
ethernet on one side and an RJ11 on the other to which takes a
regular analog phone.

It is the same service as Vonaage.
