Hi All
At first, I never use Cisco ip phone ever...
I just bought 2 used Cisco ip phone and already upgrade FW to ver. 9-4-2-SR3.
When I try to setting some configurations(some like disable LLDP, setting LLDP Power priority or QoS setting...),
it just can't be edit, even I was unlocked settings(**#).
I know this setting can change from Cisco Unified Communications Manager(CUCM), but I just can't download it...
So...is anyone can tell me how to setting this configurations without CUCM?

What's the objective if the phone gets configured and no one can even make/take any calls?
