My client wants to me to do a configuration ,so that when receptionist are busy the unity connection should play "away message " in lunch hour . The configuration is incoming calls are on main line assume 2000 then it goes to unity IVR ( depending upon office hour and close hour a message should play ) , then ( if office hour ) it should do a hunting to atleast 4 groups ( all broadcast ) ,the first group is receptionists . During lunch hour or when ever the receptionist is/are away they want another message to be played for the incoming calls to the main line 2000 ( there is no phones assigned). So how can i achieve this , they have BE6k (with unity , attendant console , cucm , cups) .
