How to define the ring on CUCM to distinguish internal and external calls?

Hi Expert

One requirement from client that is "Internal and external calls shall each be indicated by different, distinctive ringing patterns", anyone knows how to achive this on CUCM? i'm not using CME. Thanks!!!

If you mean you want ring A for internal and Ring B for external that's not possible, all you can do is change the cadence but you'll have to use the same ringtone.
