Scenario is like that, Phone-A(1111) calls to Phone-B(2222), whereas on Phone-B, CallFarwarding is set to be some PSTN Number, Lets suppose 903333333333. When Phone-A calls to Phone-B, it show on Phone-A display that " To: 903333333333 ", This looks not so proffesional environment. Is there any feasibilty to disbale that number to show on the display of Phone-A or it show only " To: 2222", you can say anything other than this outside number.

Waleed,
Please look at this thread, I think you are experiencing the same problem which seems to be unresolveable.

in CUCM, we can make it with the Service Parameter '' by setting as 'True'
This parameter determines whether phones always display the number and name that the caller originally dialed (which may not match the final connected number and name). If Cisco CallManager routes the call from the originally dialed number to the connected number using a call forwarding directive, a translation pattern, route pattern, a redirection by a CTI application, or other means, this parameter determines whether the connected number or the originally dialed number is exposed. Note that when the Conference List feature is invoked, the connected number always displays regardless of the setting in this parameter. Valid values specify True (display the originally dialed number) or False (display the connected number). This is a required field. Default: False

Suresh is spot on (+5 points). While this configuration parameter is "heavy handed" because it is system wide and effects all calls, it will address your stated requirement.
The only other option I can think of which may be viable is to leverage single number reach (SNR) and instead of call forwarding to the PSTN line, you use SNR to send the call to the PSTN line. The user could toggle this on/off from the IP phone if provisioned to do so. The issue would be that if the PSTN target is not static. Meaning, you want the user to be able to forward to different PSTN numbers vs. a scenario where the call should be sent to the same PSTN number.
