Hello everyone, I have a problem, the IP phones are sending broadcast (43440 UDP port) every 30 seconds on voice vlan. I researched and discovered that is about "EnergyWise" feature, and we did not use this feature, on access switchs the feature EnergyWise are disable.
Through GUI phone interface I saw: Energywise Domain: "Net_123". I tryed disable that funcion just on my phone for test on CUCM: Device > Phone and My ephone configuration on menu "Product Specific Configuration Layout" I check box (Override Common Settings) on that options:
*EnergyWise Domain
*Allow EnergyWise Overrides
After checked box (Override Common Settings) on these options above.the broadcasts on my phone are ceased. And on GUI phone interface I don't see any Domain setting.
After that solution only for my phone, I need to know how to disable this feature for all phones on CUCM, If when I disable that feature the phones are reset or restart???
Thanks so much !!!

You need to configure this settings in Common phone profile
Device --> device settings --> Common phone profile
Apply it for all the required phones.

Thanks for your reply !!
There are another option for disable? My question is because after this post I see some configurations about EnergyWise on:
CUCM > System > Enterprise Phone Configuration:
EnergyWise Domain: Net_123 x (Override Common Settings)
EnergyWise Endpoint Security Secret: ********* x (Override Common Settings)
Phone On Time: 00:00
Phone Off Time: 24:00
My doubt is: On Enterprise Phone Configuration are setting the same Domain I saw on phone, I think is a "global" configuration, If I set Blank (erase domain and secret) on Domain and Security Secret options, this apply for all ? This is another way option to disable EnergyWise?
Thanks so much for help me !
