How to disable/turn off auto transmit video for IP phone 8865 ?

hello ,

is there any way to turn off auto transmit video for IP Phones 8865 from Cisco Call Manager?

i need the call begins as audio call first then escalated to video by the user if he wish.

problem affects my voice quality so much that I often have to hang up and launch a webex to be able to communicate...lousy user experience.
