How to export IP Phones from CUCM 11.5 to 12.5

i restore the backup to new 12.5 CUCM and done some changes now i cannot restore the backup again.

so now i want to export the Phones from 11.5 and import into 12.5 version. i am using Bulk administration=>Phone=> Export Phones. but it gives me txt file which i am not sure that the correct way to do this job.

Exported files will be in csv format.

Instead of phone export you can try the below export option. Make sure you modify the Device pool,CSS, partition etc based on the new CUCM before importing on new cucm.

For the phones to register with new CUCM, you need to remove the ITL if phone has ITL installed.

Nithin, i export the tar file include depencies and can you please suggest how to delete the ITL file and is there anything i need to change like CUCM 11.5 has IP 192.168.5.2 and New CUCM IP is 192.168.5.22

For ITL You can do Bulk Certificate exchange if both old and new servers are UP.
