Hi all. Im was told I need to update my "underlying" OS of a Unity server. I have seen an app run that I recall being a Cisco link on one client's server to see what version of Windows would be reported, but I have no idea how to find that. Does nayone have any insight or even any idea what I might be talking about to find out what version of OS Im running? Thanks in advance

log on to the server click on start and near the top on the start menu you will see the prompt for Cisco OS version

that suggestion is for CUCM so it's useless for Unity. simply right click on My computer -> Properties
or go to System Tools -> System Information
HTH
java

Hi JJoseph01,
You can use Gather Unity System Info tool, you can find this tool in the Unity Tools depot under Reporting Tools.
This will help you find info on the Unity version and such. For the Windows OS info you will need to goto start - programs - accessories - system tools - system information.
Hope this helps, Please rate if so.
Regards,
Justin
