how to force call disconnect after fixed length of time

We have a set up wherein we have our internal network consisting of IP phones registered on CUCM and we have PSTN gateways for c onnecting to the outside world.I need a solution wherein I can force disconnect any outgoing call to the PSTN gateway after  fixed time , say 3 minutes.How can I configure it on the gateway or in tha call manager?

There is a service parameter on cucm to disconnect calls after certain time but it affects all calls, internal as well as external. You may be able to achieve it through custom TCL scripts though, please check the following post for similar info
