How to generate a list of all DNs and registered phones

My org is presently running CUCM v10.5.2 on premise and is preparing to migrate our voice service to a cloud VoIP provider.  I am working to document our existing setup so it can be duplicated as much as possible.

Here are my questions.  Is there a way to generate a list of:

1. All DNs, including the configured alerting name for each?
2. All currently registered phones, including their DNs?
3. All phones (including their DNs) that have been registered within a certain time period (i.e. all phones that were registered at some point within the past week)?

1 Yes, use BAT, either lines or phone all details, play around with it and see what works best for you

2 Google "show risdb query phones" that's the closest thing you can get

3 No such report.

If you're trying to find devices which have not been "used" (ie made/received calls) if CAR/CDR is enabled you can generate the reports for a certain period of time, you'll see devices which have been active during that period of time, and anything not showing calls, has not been active.
