how to get list of phones that are not making or receiving calls

Hi, 

I would like to get a report for the phones that are registered to my CUCM but are not being used by the users, I mean the phones that are not receiving/making calls for let's say last 30 days.

can I get that?

I tried CDR but couldn't get that info

No, there is no such report, you would need to generate a report of which phones DID make calls using CDR/CAR and then weed out which phones/DNs are not listed in the report, and those would be your devices/DNs with no calls.
