Hi, I have ISR4300 router with active smartnet, and I would like to add NIM-2FXO module, but the module doesn't come with smartnet. how does this work? with the module be supported under the smartnet for the router? even for RMA cases?

thanks, but what's the difference between Cloud & On-prem (See attached) do I need DNA server for this? I don't have DNA server and don't want one, we just want minimum 500 Mbps

in the switch config, there's C9300-NM-2Y available, but with that I only get SFP-10/25G-CSR-S as an optional SFP.
