Can someone tell me te command to use to get the List.xml from from my CUCM 8.6.2 server?  It is located in the Desktops/640x480x24 folder.  Do I need to TFTP client on my desktop to do this?

Thank you

Assuming you do not have a NACL, FW, etc. blocking access, you can certainly use a TFTP client from your desktop to retrieve the files. You can also web to the TFTP service (http://:6970/Desktops/640x480x24/List.xml). I haven't tried that specific path, but I have retrieved Ringlist.xml using this method. Finally, you can ssh to the CUCM server and use the file dump command to dump the file to the screen. Use the scroll back buffer to retreive the content of List.xml. You can also use file get to download the file to a SFTP server running in your network or on your desktop.

Multiple ways to get at the content.

Thank you William.  I was able to use the URL method.

I was using the CLI method, but was getting a invalid directory error.  The URL method was a success.  Neat-O!
