How to install Cisco IP Phone 6941 SIP MODE

Hello I have a doubt, I need to install Cisco IP Phone 6941 SIP Mode at call manager express 8.6

I found that 6941 needs this files:

After I upload these files to my call manager express, The phone should works fine?

After the Cisco IP Phone boots, it is when the xml files are created? or when xml files are created?

Because I have understood that are the xml files that the Phone uses to works, is that right?

The CME compatibility matrix shows support for that device only with SCCP, not SIP.

Have you already configured the device in CME??
