       How to load new phone firmware on CUCM 6.1(4)?

Keneth,

What you do is install the device pack that contains the phone firmware you are interested in. The only problem is that CUCM6.X is end of life and hence there is no device pack for it on cisco.

I know there is no device pack but you can load the firmware for the phone model. I can't find how to load this file on to CUCM 6.1(4)

Either you download the individual files and upload them to the TFTP, via TFTP admin, or get the .cop file and install it under OS admin.

Like Java suggested..You install the cop files using the install/upgrade option on the CUCM OS admin page..
