how to program a 7961 to belldilal server???????

i have a 7961g and have no idea how to program in the belldial server information iv tried using the phone ui and pointing a web-page to the phones ip but i can not find a way of inputting the information. any help gratefully received. jay

79XX does not support 3PCC firmware so you'll need the following:
1. DHCP Option 150;
2. TFTP server;
3. A known working SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml file; and
4. A known working dialplan.cnf.xml file
