how to publish SIP outside the organization

hi all

i want to publish my call manager SIP service to be used by some employees SIP clients outside the organization ...so i done all the necessary configuration with the call manager and the SIP client working perfectly within my LAN now i need to forward the SIP through the router

what ports i have to forward ??!!!

Port 5060 is for SIP signaling.  But to get the audio (media stream) go through your firewall/router/NAT, you need to enable SIP inspection (or ALG).
