How to reduce time before dialing over FXO

Hi,

I have CME version 7.0 with 4 FXO ports. The problem i am facing is: while dial out i need to wait a longer time (approx 12 seconds) before the destination number (say a local mobile phone) actually rings. Attached the configuration of the FXO port..Kindly suggest:
