How to register IP Phones with Subsciber rather than Publisher

I have 2 Call Managers one is Publisher and the other one is Subscriber.

No what i am trying to achive is to have all the IP Phones register with the Subscriber.

I know it something to do with priority if i am not mistaken but i am not sure on how to do so.

So if possible to provide me with the steps on achiving so will be highly appreciated.

You set the order of the Call Managers in the Call Manager group.

Then the Call Manager Group is set in the Device Pool configuration.

Finally each phone has a Device Pool configured.

you also want to make sure both servers are listed with Subscriber at the top in teh callmanager group....so in case subscriber dies you have fallback to publisher..
