Hi all.
In my company we are depploying Cisco IP Communicator. People is starting to complain that they lose the missed calls if they turn off the laptop at the end of the day. I know there is a lot of ways to receive calls: voicemail, call forward all, call forward no answer, Single Number Reach...
the thing is that if you don't configure any of that funcionalities, then you will never know who call you. Even the callers will get an error when try to call a user with CIPC turned off.
Do you know some way to register the received calls?
Thanks in advance.

There is no way for the CIPC to get missed calls if it's not running, this would be the same as asking to get missed calls on your mobile if you turn it off and it doesn't even ring.
If you do not configure something else, some sort of call forward, or the missed calls notifications in CUC, there is no way to get any sort of notification.
