Hi Adnan,
Can you help us to find the firmware for third party call control.
These release notes support the Cisco IP Phone 7800 Series Third-Party Call Control running SIP Firmware Release 10.3(1).
The following table lists the support and protocol compatibility for the Cisco IP Phones.

Hi Carlo,
As far as i know, there are 2 variants of Firmware available for 78/88XX phones. SIP Firmware & MPP (Multi platform), there is no specific 3rd party Firmware available.
MPP firmware is for Cisco MPP IP Phone series which can be registered directly to 3rd party Cloud Call Control like Broadsoft, Asterisk, MetaSwitch, RingCentral...
SIP Firmware is for Enterprise build Phones, which can be registered to CUCM, Cisco HCS, Webex Teams (Spark)..

Thanks Adanan
I am currently stuck, but seeing your explanation is very helpful, maybe the 78xx type is not designed for other PBXs such as SIP propitary.

Hi Cromilla,
What was the model of the phone that you could configure on the PBX, CP-7841-K9 = or CP-7841-3PCC-K9 =?
Thanks,

Hi @spazziani , the phone model that could be configured on the PBX with the designations CP-7841-K9 and CP-7841-3PCC-K9 is the Cisco IP Phone 7841. The "3PCC" in the latter model indicates support for third-party call control, making it suitable for environments using non-Cisco call control systems.

I also have the same problem, but I plan to register with Avaya Session manager.
I am currently testing the CP-7821-K9= V04 type.
Previously I had converted to MPP but it didn't work,
maybe for type 78xx can not register to another PBX
