How to remove this annoying bubble?

I use Jabber for work and I have to use multiple different tabs and this annoying bubble keeps getting in the way. I used Jabber during Windows 10 and it never popped up, but ever since switching to 11 it always pops up and I absolutely despise this little bubble. I tried going to view -> position docked window, but all the options are grayed out. How do I get rid of this?

click on setting button >> View >> uncheck "Show docked window" after that you must just close the app and reopen it again, no need to re-login, just close the Jabber window and open it again, the call bubble will disappear

you can also disable "Docked Window" by add this Jabber XML Option on CUCM, UC Profile, Jabber-Config.xml >>
