How to send CDR records to FTP server in Cisco CCM 4.1

Hi all,

Is there anyway to configure to send CDR records to external billing application server through FTP? It's there in Cisco CUCM 5.x and greater but not able to get how to do this in Cisco CCM 4.1

Unfortunately there's no way to do such thing in anything previous than 5.X

But, I have a customer which he is sayind that he integrated Cisco CCM 4.x with third party call accounting system and getting reports for costing to their internal departments. I am not sure how he is doing.

They can be searching the DBs directly, the way the billing programs worked with 4.X was different because of the capabilities it had.
