timezone setup for CP-7945G SEP.cnf.xml

dear all

i have phone 7945G and i want to configure the correct timezone which is for our country Kabul Afghanistan and the its +04 30 so can any body help me how to configure this.. in my SEP.cnf.xml file in <timeZone></timeZone> secion

In CME check the clock of router and let it peer with external NTP server.

if the NTP is in different time zone you can off set the clock by using below command in global mode.

VG(config)#clock timezone AST ?

  <-23 - 23>  Hours offset from UTC

then create cnf under ip telephony and restart the phone and it will be working.
