How do i change the time format from 24-hour to 12-hour format on a router.

AS Manish suggested, in case of CME you can use "time-format 12" command under telephony-service or voice register global to show the time in 12 hr format on phones.
If its not a cme and just a voice gateway, its a bit tricky to achieve this as mentioned in this very old post. I am not aware of any other options available now. Probably others can suggest if there is any easy way.

Hi,
If you are referring to time format of CME phones then Manish command will do the job. If you are referring to the router clock, then it cannot be changed using the built-in commands. You can use TCL EEM script to convert the current time output from show clock command to 12-hrs format
