how to set Pre-announcement instead of ringback tone (CUCM&CUC 9)

how can i set specific announcement play instead of ring back tone in CUCM phones

I saw on forums that this is possible with unity connection.

Does someone can help me to test it ?

CUCM : 9.1.2

Unity Connection : 9.1.2

Manish,

This will play a welcome messsage for an inbound call. It will not play an announcement rather than ringback. Unless what Chafi wants is a welcome message to all users..
